Hi, welcome on my vacation site. My name is Marcel Scholte. I live in Amersfoort, The Netherlands. In 2001 I worked as technical and communication skills trainer. One of my customers IP Globalnet asked me to do a 5 day callcenter training for their client Festo. I asked if it would be possible to book me a weekend before and a weekend after those five working days. That was no problem. So I flew to the States on the Friday the 16 th of march 2001. I arrived at the Holiday Inn Hotel Riverport on friday evening. After a good night rest (time difference with The Netherlands is 7 hours) I went downtown with the metro to see the St. Patricksday parade.
